Do you accept returns?

Yes, for most products. Contact me within 14 days of receiving the order, and I will see what I can do. Customized orders are not eligible for returns.

Do you accept exchanges?

No. Exchanges are not available at this time.

When do I order if I want my calendar by Christmas or the new year?

Order by December 1 for the best chance to receive your calendar by Christmas/the new year. This does not apply to birthday calendars.
